"Extended Warranty"

We all know that home owners are staying in their homes longer. Making changes to them to have them fit their current life style makes sense. But when we make these changes they can effect existing systems in the home like plumbing, electrical, HVAC and even the foundation, and roof systems. How do you know that these new changes will stand the test of time? And, what kind of warranty will cover these systems years down the road?

We at Schultz Custom Homes are proud to announce that we have recently been approved to offer a nationally recognized third party home warranty on all of our home building and home remodeling projects. The 2-10 Warranty program is not available to just any or all builders. After you apply, you have to be approved once a thorough interviewing and evaluating process has been completed. We are proud to be able to say that Schultz Custom Homes is again being recognizied as your leading local premium quality builder for all your home remodeling needs.

The 2-10 warranty gives you protection to 2 full years on all materials and workmanship that goes into you home improvement and a full 10 years on all structural compents. Plus the 2-10 warranty is backed by a nation wide third party entity that gives you security knowing that your warranty will be in place in the unlikely event you'll need it.

We offer this at no additional cost. It's just part of what we call our "Concierge Service" to you.

What's New With Us....

We are experiencing a lot of growth here at Schultz Custom Homes and Remodeling.  We added a new employee to our staff, Kathryn.  Kathryn has been assisting us with the administrative tasks around the office, as well as marketing our business in and around the area.  Janet has been hard at work spreading the word about Schultz Custom Homes and Remodeling and is very excited about the new job opportunities that are coming our way.

After becoming Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS), Janet and I have broken into the growing market of remodeling and transforming homes to fit the needs of aging or disabled clients.  This is extremely satisfying and gratifying work.  Just knowing that we are acting as catalysts for these people to maintain their independence and self-worth makes all the hard work worth it!

On a more personal note, we have begun clearing land to prepare for the building of our new home.  This home will be unique, contemporary, and built using environmentally friendly products.  I will be sure to post updates along the way.

Janet and I look forward to any new challenges that may come our way in the near future and welcome calls and inquiries from anyone looking to build a home or change their existing home for the better.
